Leisure Business Advisors LLC (LBA) conducts feasibility studies for new leisure attractions, which is generally the first step of the development process and required for financing. In addition, LBA can also provide initial conceptual design services and business plan assistance.

The detailed design phase and working drawings are typically prepared after financing has been obtained for the project. LBA advises our clients on potential designers to use for this detailed effort, and assists with design oversight. LBA does not have an exclusive business relationship with a single design firm, and welcomes opportunities for future cooperation.
