Leisure Business Advisors LLC (LBA) assists developers and operators worldwide for a variety of large and small-scale projects. Our managing director has been a recognized leisure industry expert for more than 20 years.
                     

For Developers

LBA provides the services generally required by investors and financing institutions. These are shown in darker blue in the development process diagram below.

We begin by conducting the feasibility study, which is typically the first step of the development process. It is critical that designs and plans are in line with market needs and justified investment.

After the feasibility study has been completed, we can assist with other aspects of development. If desired, LBA can provide master planning and schematic design services. We can also help prepare the initial business plan.

Once financing has been secured to build the project, LBA provides guidance on other aspects of development. These include project management, design, construction supervision, and other pre-opening steps.
