Theme Park Development
Leisure
Business Advisors LLC (LBA)
specializes in providing the feasibility study, which is the first step
in the development
process. An independent expert usually prepares this
study and it is generally required by financing institutions or
investors.
LBA can also assist developers with other aspects of the initial
package needed for financing, such as concept development and business plan
preparation.
Selected
LBA consulting projects for new theme parks and amusement parks are
described below. These are followed
by a discussion of selected past consulting assignments by John Gerner,
LBA's managing director.
