Leisure Business Advisors LLC (LBA) conducts feasibility studies for new leisure attractions, which is generally the first step of the development process and required for financing. In addition, LBA can also provide initial conceptual design services and business plan assistance.

Construction typically begins after full financing has been obtained for the project. LBA advises our clients on potential contractors to use for this effort, and provides construction guidance.
