Business Advisors LLC (LBA) conducts feasibility studies for new
leisure attractions, which is generally the first step of the
development process and required for financing. In addition, LBA can
also provide initial conceptual design services and business plan
assistance.
Project management typically begins after financing has been
obtained
for the project. LBA advises our clients on potential project managers
to
use for this effort, and assists with project management oversight. LBA
does
not have an exclusive business relationship with a single construction
