Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Advice

Leisure Business Advisors (LBA) provides valuations and business appraisals for prospective mergers and acquisitions. This effort could assess strategic value if requested and typically involves three approaches:

• Income - Financial performance is evaluated and capitalized.

• Market - Sales of similar leisure businesses are examined and their experience applied to the operation valued. 

• Asset - The current value of equipment and other assets is estimated.
