Theme Park Development Consultants
Leisure
Business Advisors LLC (LBA) specializes in providing the feasibility study,
which is the first step in the development process. An independent
expert usually prepares this study, and it is generally required by
investors financing institutions and investors.
LBA can also assist developers with other aspects of the initial
package needed for financing, such as concept development and business
plan preparation.
John Gerner, our managing director, has been a consultant for more than
20 years and has conducted feasibility studies for many theme parks in
the United States, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and
Europe.
We pride ourselves on prompt service and typically respond within a
day. We are also sensitive to time constraints. If needed, assignments
can be accelerated for an extra fee.
Recent
LBA consulting projects for new theme parks and amusement parks are
